Your Role
This program is a structured 12-month development initiative designed to fast-track your career through hands-on experience and mentorship from top-tier talent where you also play a crucial role in shaping the future of the PropTech industry. Based in Indonesia, you will focus on Singapore-related marketing initiatives, gaining exposure to cross-market strategies and contributing to impactful campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in developing and executing Singapore-focused marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Support the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Learn and utilize digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
- Bring fresh ideas and contribute to innovative marketing solutions for the Singapore market.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms) is a plus.
- A creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
