Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

Follow up on provided data.

Explain the importance of using Credit product depth.

Analyze and present data results in detail.

Contribute to research reports and presentations.

Gather research data.

Achieve target follow-up calls on data depth (product).

Regularly update Credit depth data (daily, weekly).

What We're Looking For:

Experience in customer service or customer success roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Target-driven with analytical skills for data collection and analysis.

Ability to build solid customer relationships, work collaboratively, and pay attention to detail and accuracy.
