Your Role: Sales Manager and Campaign Strategist

What You'll Be Doing:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
- Identify target audiences and determine the best strategies for reaching them.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, content) to develop campaign messaging and creatives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timeline, budget, and resources.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, measuring against KPIs like engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Allocate and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, business development) to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Present campaign plans and performance updates to management and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors.
